Where is OmariElizabeth Hair Co. located?
Our primary studio is located inside Sola Salons in Highland Village, Texas and operates by appointment only.
Select appointments are also available in the Harker Heights/Killeen area for established and returning clients.
How do I book an appointment?
Visit our Book an Appointment page and select your preferred location. You’ll be directed to the appropriate booking site to view services and availability.
Do you accept walk-ins?
No. OmariElizabeth Hair Co. is an appointment-only studio. Please schedule your service online before visiting.
Do I need to be a new client to book?
New clients are welcome. Some advanced extension and corrective services require a consultation before the service appointment can be scheduled.
Extensions
Do I need an extension consultation?
A consultation is required for advanced extension services, including Beaded Row Wefts, Tape-Ins, Invisible K-Tips, and Hybrid Extensions.
Signature Sew-Ins and Signature Quick Weaves may be booked directly unless a consultation is otherwise recommended.
I don’t know which extension method I need. What should I book?
Book an Extension Consultation.
You are not expected to determine the installation method yourself. We’ll assess your natural hair, discuss your goals and lifestyle, and recommend the method best suited for your desired result.

Is extension hair included in the service price?
No. Unless specifically stated otherwise, extension installation pricing covers the professional service. Extension hair is purchased separately.
When hair must be ordered for your appointment, the full cost of the hair is due before the order is placed.
Can I bring my own extension hair?
Yes, but must be approved. For all extension services, hair can be ordered through OmariElizabeth Hair Co. to help ensure the appropriate texture, color, quality, and amount are used for your installation.
What extension methods do you offer?
Our extension services include:

Hybrid Extensions
Your recommended method will depend on your natural hair, desired result, lifestyle, and maintenance preferences.
What are Hybrid Extensions?
Hybrid Extensions combine more than one professional extension method to create a customized result.
For example, wefts may provide the primary length and fullness while individual K-Tips are strategically placed in areas requiring additional blending or coverage.
How much will my extensions cost?
Pricing varies according to your installation method, amount of hair required, length, density, customization, and desired result.
Starting service prices are available online. Advanced extension clients receive personalized recommendations and pricing following their consultation.
How often will my extensions need maintenance?
Maintenance varies by extension method, natural-hair growth, lifestyle, and home-care routine. Your recommended maintenance schedule and aftercare will be discussed during your consultation and appointment.
Wigs
What’s the difference between Ready-to-Wear and Custom Wigs?
Ready-to-Wear Wigs are professionally selected units available from our current studio collection. You can schedule a fitting to see and try on available options before purchasing.
Custom Wigs are created specifically for you based on your measurements and selected specifications, such as texture, length, density, and color.
Can I try on a wig before purchasing?
Yes. Schedule a Ready-to-Wear Wig Fitting to explore and try on available in-studio units.
Availability varies as units are sold and new pieces are added to the collection.
Is installation included when I purchase a Ready-to-Wear wig?
Qualifying Ready-to-Wear wig purchases include a complimentary initial professional installation.
If you choose not to use the included installation, it has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a discount or refund.
Do you install wigs purchased somewhere else?
No. Wig installation, customization, maintenance, and repair services are reserved for units purchased from or created by OmariElizabeth Hair Co.
What types of Custom Wigs do you offer?
Custom options include:

U-Part Wigs
Half Wigs
Our current wig collection focuses on glueless solutions.
Do you offer frontal wigs?
We do not currently offer custom frontal wigs.
Healthy Hair
Do I have to wear extensions to become a client?
No. Healthy-hair and select natural-hair services are available independently of extension services.
What’s the difference between the OE Healthy Hair Reset and Signature Silk Press?
The OE Healthy Hair Reset focuses on the health and condition of your natural hair and scalp through detoxification, cleansing, customized treatment, conditioning, trimming, and blow-dry preparation.
The Signature Silk Press combines healthy-hair care with a polished thermal finish.
For clients who want the complete treatment and styling experience, choose the OE Reset + Signature Silk Press.
Do you offer natural-hair services?
Yes. Select natural-hair services are available, including the Signature Silk Press, Flat Iron + Curl, Natural Twist Set, Wig Prep + Braid Down, and Wash + Blow-Dry.
Loc Care
Do you service locs?
Yes. We provide professional maintenance and restoration services for established loc systems.
Services include Loc Retwists, Interlock Maintenance, and Loc Repair & Restoration.
Do you maintain microlocs?
Yes. Established microlocs maintained through interlocking can be booked under Interlock Maintenance.
Do you start new locs or microlocs?
We are currently focused on the professional care, maintenance, and restoration of established loc systems rather than new loc establishments.
Do you reattach or repair locs?
Yes. Loc Repair & Restoration is available for established loc systems requiring reattachment, reinforcement, repair, or corrective restoration.
Depending on the amount and condition of the locs requiring repair, a consultation may be required before scheduling.
Booking & Policies
Is a retainer required?
Yes. A 25% non-refundable retainer is required to secure service appointments and is applied toward your service balance.
Consultation fees are paid in full when booking.
What if I need to reschedule?
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
With sufficient notice, your retainer may be transferred one time to a new appointment scheduled within 14 days of the original appointment date.
Additional restrictions and fees apply to late cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows.
What if I’m running late?
We provide a 10-minute grace period. Arriving later may require your service to be modified or cancelled depending on the service and remaining appointment time.
Can I bring someone with me?
To maintain a comfortable, private studio environment, please do not bring additional guests or children unless they are receiving a scheduled service or prior arrangements have been approved.
